Trying to do my hair different, saw it in a bed head ad...?

I've been looking for this hairstyle or the magazine ad i saw a while ago and i cant seem to find it. I think it was for bed head (or at least some styling product) and the girl was teens young 20's, black hair, i think she was screaming or something, her hair was choppy and layered, medium length...

Thats the look im going for but i cant find that or any other pictures. I have black hair and i want that choppy, layered look, that when used with wax or whatnot each layer/strand sort of sticks out. Its kind of 'rocker'...

i hope someone knows what im talking about =/

Thats how i have mine! the best thing is to ask for your hairdresser to put lots and lots and cant emphasise it enough, lots of choppy layers in, theyll start right at the top, working it down gives more definition. Also a slighty shorter cut just above the shoulders will sit better - Pretty much any wax will hold it the way you want it. just shake it up :]

i know tell your hairstylist to razor your hair but not to thin it out if you don't want it thin that is and tell her to make it look choppy cos when you razor your hair it can do like multiple things

I have naturally curely hair and tried everything I could do...meaning hair cuts and so on. I came across somethings called Motions ...it's in a pink bottle, and my hairstyles are falling in place the way I like them. Sometimes I do it on wet hair to get that kinda small curl, and when I use it on dry hair it just comes out wavy. I hope this helped some.
