i have medium length curly hair.

You can take a pic to yer hair dresser,,,,you need to have lots of longer layers, and then blown out straight,,,,cute style.

warning: this will slightly damage your hair. nothing that a good conditioner shouldn't fix though.

first, straighten it since it's curly.

then mist an area with hairspray. i suggest Nature's Therapy "Professional" brand.

then take a comb or a faux boar hair brush and back comb the area. (this is when you hold the piece of hair up and quickly brush it TOWARDS the scalp. this takes some practice, but once you get used to it, it turns out fantastic).

repeat over the rest of your hair, teasing more on the areas you want to stick up.

mist all of your hair again so it stays throughout the day.
