my hair is quite thick, medium length and very wavy. I usually straighten it every 2/3 days, putting lots of heat protection shampoo's %26amp; conditioners on it every time i wash it.
I only put Boots spray in conditioner on my hair before i straighten it and the straightners i use are the Babliss 230 Pro ones. They've left my hair with lots of split ends and and very burnt. Does anyone know of a good heat protector to use that isn't too expensive? Also some good straightners, again not too expensive that won't damage my hair?!
Thanks

Have a word with your hairdresser - say you love the cut she gives you - but you're having a problem maintaining that look when you leave the salon...
(Talk nice and she might sell you some of the salon quality stuff at a rock bottom price...)
