I have a ovul to round face and I have medium length hair.(just a little past my shoulders.) I want to get bangs and a perm.Will that look dumb? Ialso want to know what does a medium length perm cost? I am a teen.(14)

It is just my opinion, but I won't recommend a perm for you for your age. Getting a perm is easy, but maintaining it takes a lot of work, time and money. You are still young, give yourself some time to grow into your looks. I do believe that you do have plenty of things to juggle, like studies, friendships, family. It shall take up a lot of your energy. If you are really keen for some changes, maybe you can opt for some haircuts that requires very little styling and effort to maintain. I am sure the hair stylist or can give you very good advice.

If I were you I would re-think the whole perm thing. Been there, done that. Your body changes a lot at that age and it might not even keep the curl. But if you decide to get the perm, I would go for wavy curls rather than real tight ones so you don't look like a poodle. As for the bangs, have you thought about maybe not cutting them real short, but leaving long layers? Just a suggestion. See what your hairstylist thinks as well.

Do perm cost you around 60 to 80 dollars of the lenght of your hair, and yes do the bangs, tell your stylist to do it in an angle they look so cute.

Bangs on a round face tends to bring out the cheek size and accentuates the eyes. Looking "dumb" is a matter of opinion.

Cost varies according to the person or shop that does the perm usually from $45-$60.
