French Braids.?

Can anybody tell me how to create 2 french braids, so that all my hair will be braided? I have black medium length hair, layered. Thank you! (please make your directions easy to follow.) much thanks:))

French Braids.?

1. Split your hair down the middle.

2. Take one side of your hair and forget the other for a while.

3. Create 3 strands of hair out of the hair closest to the face.

4. Bring the left strand over the middle strand.

5. Bring the right strand over the middle strand.

6. Collect a thin layer of hair from behind the braid and add it to the left strand. (This layer should be as wide as the whole half of your head.) Bring this over the middle strand.

7. Collect a thin layer from behind the braid and add it to the right strand. (This layer should be as wide as the whole half of your head.) Bring this over the middle strand.

8. Repeat steps six and seven until you can not collect a layer behind the braid any more.

9. Now you have a choice. You can tie it off like a pony tail. Or you can follow steps four and five until there is only a half to one inch left of hair, then tie off.

10. Follow steps three to nine on the other side of your head.

Note: It is almost impossible to do a french braid on yourself. If you want one, ask someone else to do it for you if you want it to look good.

wow...who wears french braids these days....don't do it to yourself

French Braids.?

French braids are classic. They will always be in style, you may want to stick with one though. If you have 2 you might as well just braid your hair regularly.

WLell, i would recomend getting them done at a beauty salon but if you absolutely won't then heres your direction:

1. Make sure your hair is very clean and mosturized and dry

2. Grab the top peices of your hair and start brading them like usual.

3. When your done, put them both in clips.

4. THen go buy a boonet and put it on you r hair befor eyou go to bed because the cotton on your sheets take away mostuire. SO put that on to keep the mostur ein.

5. IN the morning put on a frizz-free cream to keep it calmed and ur done!!

It is not impossible to french braid your own hair

It is easier to do it on someone else's head, but not impossible.

First, split your hair down the center. Using the edge of a comb will help to get a distinct line. A distinct line is important to the final look. Use a rubber band to hold the side you're not working on. Pulling it around to in front of your shoulder will also help.

Then french braid each side separately.
