Make-up help....need tips!?

I need some make up tips for school. I am going in to eighth grade. Last year, I wore eye shadow some days. But I want something consistent that would look good on me, but take 10 or less minutes each day. I have brown eyes and brown medium (shoulder length) hair.

So...what should I do? What color eyeshadow???/

Lipgloss???????????/

Powder or Blush?????????????/

I wore mascara %26amp; eyeliner in eighth grade, so here are some colors I would recommend for you.

For your brown eyes, use bronze, gold, and deep purple eyeshadows to make them pop.

For eyeliner, use a dark brown. Black will be too harsh on brown eyes, and light %26amp; medium browns look boring. Dark brown colors give you a smokey eye effect, which looks great with brown eyes.

For mascara, use a brown/black color (all makeup brands have them). Black, once again, will be too dark, but the mixture of brown %26amp; black will give a good amount of pop.

Powder is a good idea to coverup any oil %26amp; shine throughout the day.

For lipgloss, go with a clear, light pink, or medium pink color. It will go good with you brown hair. Max Factor %26amp; Maybelline have the best lipglosses.

Blush is good, but not nessecary. Go with a light pink or peach - it compliments brown hair.

I think when teens and kids wear too muuch make up it looks raunchy. Try to go simple with a little mascara with some eye shadow and a little blush. Try brown or black eye mascara if you have avaerage or big eyes and if you have small eyes use white eyeliner and no mascara because blacks and darker tones make your eyes seem smaller and lighter colors like white make them look bigger. For eye shadow its the same but dont use too much or wear a smokey eye to school (like I said, it'll look raunchy). Though if you're going to use white eyeliner I've never seen anyone with brown eyes wear light eyeshadow with it. Then for blush I would use a light coat of a light color to compliment your skin. And then a little lipgloss.

OMG i know make-up for school can be a real pain!

All you need is just a little concealer where you have blemishes. YOu don't neccacarily need powder but it is something that help keep your skin even, blush you could use, or not use depends on how much concealer you use.

Lipgloss is a must, also keep some in your bag if it wears off during the day.

Mascara YES!

Eyeliner is totally optional and all up to you, and also depends on your eye shape, ,color etc.

You probably don't need eyeshadow for everyday, but if oyu want it, do a vanilla, olive green, navy blue, or for nighttime a gold shimmer. Basicly anything that contrasts or compliments your eyes.

PLEASE don't overdo it I only wore mascara in 8th grade and don't ever plan on wearing more anyways just mascara, and maybe some blush or lipgloss even if u wear eyeliner and stuff DON'T wear powder or bronzer ppl think it looks good b/c they look tanner and stuff it looks fake and stupid

ok i'll tell what to get and then what order to put them on

get

1.black mascara and eyliner

2.same color blush or even a lil bit darker blush than skin tone

3.medium brown eye shadow [darker than skin]

4.and another eyeshadow thats a lil bit darker then skin tone

5.pale pink shimmery lip gloss

and now why get those

1.mascara and eyliner help bring out the eyes

2.blush covers any pours and possibly acne

3.a medium brown eyeshadow cause its natural but looks good

4.another eyeshadow thats a lil darker than skin tone cause it hides any veins or anything on ur eyes

5.shimmery lip gloss cause its a nice color and makes lips look shiny :]

and here's the order u should put them on in

first put on the medium colored brown eyeshadow on eyelids

and then put the other eyeshadow thats a lil bit darker than skin tone above the first and not on it

and then the black mascara

and then the black eyeliner

and then the blush on ur cheeks

and then the pale pink shimmery lip gloss on lips

if getting all new make-up get cover girl cause it looks good and is afordable.If getting to cheap of make up it doesn't look good and comes out the wrong color :[

im going to the eigth grade to and i was matched by a mac make-up artist. I like wearing make-up though b/c i have blemishes and i get acne at times.But 4 brown eyes and hair i think u should wear mascara,and line the bottom of ur eyelids.I think lipgloss based off of ur skin complexion or go w/ clear.and I think u should use powder but not alot so u want look pale.and i think blush but not alot b/c u don't want to look too red. so go light as possible. Hope I Helped.P.S since you have brown features wear earth tone colors like browns,bronzes,oranges,blacks,or olive green colors for eyeshadows.
