My hais shiney on the bottom and dull on top?

i am a guy with medium length hair. the top of my head is dry but if i lift up my hair it it so shiny and silky underneath the top layer. i am thinking it is because of the sun and hair products.how can i get my hair to be silky shiny and most importantly HEALTHY.

You can try some deep conditioning products. If it is styling damage and heat damage, you might not fully be able to restore the top layer until it grows out. The important thing is to make sure you take care of it from now on. Put sun protectants and heat protectants on your hair if you use things like blow dryers (or flat irons) Use a conditioner for dry damaged hair and use a hot oil treatment on it once a week.

wash your hair with normal shampoo in lukewarm water,

then rinse in cold water this gives a better shine,

lightly blow dry your hair and combe as usual

Yo mama hair so short she curls it with rice.

Hmmm.

I usually use something called BIOSILK.

I have long black hair and it really makes my hair

look really shiny.

You just put a tiny bit on the palm of your hands and apply at

the roots and use a comb to smooth it out.

I think it works if you apply in on damp hair then blowdry it or

airdry.

But it also gives great luster if you apply it to dry hair and

just style your hair normally. I presonally do not do it that way

because it kinda makes your hair feel greasy. =p

So try Biosilk.

Hope it helps!
